About

Stephanie Quarls, Founder and Principal

Stephanie founded Beyond Boundaries Group in 2022 to give leaders something large consulting engagements rarely leave behind: a dedicated strategic partner who stays with them long after the project ends, and focused support for the leaders stepping into bigger roles.

Before BBG she spent nearly a decade with Deloitte Consulting in Strategy & Operations and the Deloitte Greenhouse, where she designed and led more than 50 C-suite strategy workshops, helped stand up the Houston Innovation Center for energy clients, and co-developed proprietary research on high-performing teams.

Today she works with global organizations across healthcare, energy, chemicals, technology, and the non-profit sector as an executive coach, facilitator, and change leader.
